2. In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, and no fonts, scripts or videos from third parties. Personal data reaches us in only two ways: through the technical server log files when a page is loaded, and through messages you send us yourself.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., including the content delivery network it uses. On every visit the server automatically records data and stores it in log files: IP address, date and time, requested file, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website, keep it stable, and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and error-free operation). The log files are kept only as long as necessary for that purpose and are not combined with other data. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact form and email

If you write to us through the contact form, we process the text of your message and the technical data described in section 3. The message is forwarded by the web server as an email to our inbox. The form deliberately asks only for the message itself. If you would like a reply, please state in the message how we can reach you. The same applies if you email us directly.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries) and, where the inquiry aims at entering into a contract, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the message once the inquiry is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Language setting (local storage)

When you switch between English and German using the language toggle, your browser stores that choice under the key “envi-lang” in local storage, so the site appears in the same language on your next visit. The value (“en” or “de”) stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. It contains no personal data. Storing it is necessary to provide the function you explicitly requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent is required. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

6. External links

This website links to external sites, for example LinkedIn. Merely loading our pages transmits no data to these providers. Only when you click a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)

If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to us at info@envi-reality.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for our seat or the one at your place of residence.

8. Automated decisions and changes

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place. We will update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
